

These samples were created specifically for my portfolio to showcase my range as a writer across different game genres and styles. With the exception of the Trine 5 sample, none of these are works done for studios, but rather reflect my personal approach and versatility in storytelling for games.
Witch Doctor: An RPG Concept inspired by Finnish Folklore
An excerpt of my original concept for an Action RPG inspired by weird Finnish mythology and folklore. Part screenplay, part quest design document, including both back-end and front-end content and text.

Environmental Storytelling : The Abandoned Eventide Hotel
I wanted to explore how a place can speak for itself— through scraps of text, forgotten objects, and what’s left behind. In this piece, the player arrives to the location with only a surface-level understanding of it and uncovers the buried past of the hotel.

Escape from the Clouds — Interactive Twine Quest
A standalone RPG-style quest, envisioned as part of a larger narrative concept. I wanted to try putting a spin on the classic "recruit a companion" mission type, while giving the player some agency and choices that affect the outcome.
